Certification

We do not affirm to be accredited by any recognized accrediting body on the accepted list of the U.S. Department of Education. Neither are public schools, although they are treated as if they were. We are not interested in accreditation under the U.S Department of Education, but we claim our right of educating and facilitating learning, since learning is a human right.

Accreditation in the United States is voluntary, and it is performed by private entities that are recognized by the United States Department of Education.

Our school is a member of The Board of Evaluation of Non-Traditional Schools of Learning which has voluntarily chosen to maintain its private independence, and has not applied, nor intend to apply to the U.S Department of Education for recognition and evaluation under their rules and procedures. This information is given to all prospective students before they make a final decision of admission. However, non-accreditation does not preclude the validity of a diploma.

All accrediting organizations are non-governmental, private agencies, meaning that no accrediting agency has an “official” authority over another.

Therefore, accredited technical schools, colleges and universities have no legal basis to reject your Diploma. Some institutions, per their own educational policies, may require certain academic subjects as pre-requisites for admission to their programs. However, our experience tells us that Diplomas of this type are being accepted nationally by recognized schools of higher education.

You must understand that our Diploma is legal and valid as stated above, and that no specific accreditation is required in order to be accepted at colleges and technical schools.

You must also understand that this is not a GED but a real earned High School Diploma.

You must be aware that not all, but some institutions and employers place much emphasis on accreditation and unfairly exclude applicants from entering their institutions or companies. For these stated reasons, our students are required to sign a statement not holding this school liable if the diploma is not accepted by the institution or employer where he/she is applying to enter.

Of course, all educational entities must adhere to the regulatory laws of education within the State it operates, which may vary from State to State.
